The Sudan Rume is one of the oldest and most unique coffee varieties, originally from South Sudan and appreciated for its genetic complexity and sensory richness. Cultivated in high-altitude microlots in Colombia, it offers a cup with sweetness and depth.
Washed processed, it highlights the clarity and authenticity of the variety, resulting in a balanced and transparent profile. It presents notes of caramel, panela, and dried fruits, with a silky and elegant finish.
