Our history
When we started thinking about c·deleōn , we were clear that we wanted to offer coffees with discerning taste, selected directly and not from a generic catalog.
After living in Colombia for several years, we understood that specialty coffee is about decisions: what is grown, how it is processed, and who is behind each batch.
We visited the farms, received training, understood the processes, and learned the trade by asking questions, observing, and making mistakes.
From there, the path was clear: import directly and maintain the link with those who produce the coffee to know exactly what we are offering.
We're not looking to mass-produce or replicate flavor profiles. We're looking for different, unique coffees.
Philosophy
We work directly with family farms that cultivate using traditional and sustainable methods. We pay a fair price because we believe that good coffee begins with respecting those who grow it.
Our coffees
All our coffees exceed 88 SCA points, reaching the category of "excellent specialty coffee".
These aren't cafes for everyone. They're cafes for curious palates looking for something they won't find anywhere else.
