About our coffees

How do I choose the coffee that best suits my brewing method?

Each preparation method brings out different coffee profiles. For example:

Espresso: best with intense, medium to dark roast coffees with body and chocolate notes.

Filter or V60:
It excels with light or medium roast coffees, with bright acidity and fruity notes.

French Press : prefers full-bodied coffees, coarser grinds, and medium roasts.

Moka or Italian coffee maker: ideal for intense and balanced coffees.

If I don't like the coffee, can I return it?

Due to the characteristics of the product, no returns of coffees are allowed.












Can I make coffee using a method for which it is not recommended?

Yes, you may not be able to extract the full potential of that coffee using the methods we recommend. But if you do it and the result is good and you like it, then great, it's totally possible. Exploring the sensorial boundaries through testing and experimentation is one of our maxims.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

A confirmation email, we are preparing your order.

An email once your order is complete and in the hands of the shipping agency. Your order is on its way and you will receive it within the next 24/48 hours (business days).

An email from the shipping agency with the tracking number and estimated delivery date.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs per order are €4.00 (VAT included) for Spain (Peninsula), the Balearic Islands, and Portugal.

What are the international shipping costs?

For shipments outside of Spain (mainland), the Balearic Islands, and Portugal, shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout. See the shipping policy for more information.

Are coffee returns allowed?

Due to the characteristics of the product, no returns of coffees are allowed.

What do I do if I receive the wrong or damaged product?

We're a team of people, and sometimes we make mistakes. If there's an error with your order, please contact us at info@cdeleon.shop with your name and order number. Attach a photo or video of the incident, if possible. We'll provide a solution as quickly as possible.












I received an email with the status “Completed” but my order has not arrived.
