Pacamara originates from the cross between Pacas and Maragogipe, a combination that produces a coffee with great body, intense sweetness, and aromatic complexity.
Fermented for 39 hours in contact with its natural mucilage (Honey process), it offers a balanced and persistent cup, with notes of chamomile, cardamom, caramel, and cinnamon.
