Bourbon Sidra is one of the most unique varieties cultivated in Colombia, the result of a natural hybridization between Bourbon and Typica, with Ethiopian genetic traces. Its name comes from its distinct apple cider aroma, which makes it highly valued in the specialty coffee world.
Washed processed, it reveals a sweet and floral cup, with notes of soft spices, chamomile, and cane honey, and a caramel-like, balanced finish that lingers on the palate.
